My mission is to provide affordable, no-nonsense Computer/Network Support for the
Home User, Small Office/Home Office (SOHO).

I have been passionately involved in computing and the Internet since the early 1990's. I attended the first World Wide Web Expo in San Jose, and created an early presence on the Web to market prescription 'computer glasses' for bifocal wearers. After nearly 20 years as an optician, I changed careers and began doing technical support for a software developer. I currently hold several IT certifications including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+.
 
I am a Microsoft Certified Professional, with certifications in Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.

Company history
I've been in business since 2004; first in Greenfield California and then moving to Salinas in 2007. I've been doing warranty repair work for Dell, Gateway & Lexmark since January 2007.
